‘Hidcote Indienne’ is inspired by the gardens of Hidcote Manor, a 10. 5-acre stretch of formal gardens designed by American horticulturalist Lawrence Johnston in the early 20th century. The planting style at Hidcote is diverse, inspired by Johnston’s travels across Africa Asia and his love of the Arts and Crafts movement. The design includes the likeness of the pink ‘Lawrence Johnston’ placed throughout the design.
