The Okhali collection consists of absolutely unique sculptural objects made of recycled wood from old mortars. Originally, an okhali is a mortar in which Indian spices such as red pepper, turmeric or coriander are crushed... The process of making these sculptures consists of separating the base and mounting it on a metal base, and keeping the top part to turn it into a pot. Being made of recycled wood, each piece is unique and has its own relief and roughness, for a totally authentic look.
