Description
The fabric Piti by Casamance belongs to the Moana collection. Moana means ocean in Polynesian. This simple word hides an infinite world. Under the surface everything is wonderful : the pearly iridescence of the shells, lacelike corals, anemones undulating between the rocks. The oceans' depth are represented on the fabrics by embroideries, reimagined weaves or the multitude of yarns to recreate the wealth of aquatic colors or a simple wavy yarn to suggest the movement of water.
It's a ripple on the surface of the water, an imperceptible splash, a soothing softness. Piti fabric is a double-sided viscose velvet. Its natural, textured appearance is obtained by working a cotton crimped yarn. Designed for heavy-duty seating, it comes in a range of muted shades, the signature of the Casamance brand.
