The Dena fabric by Casamance belongs to the Grey Hills collection. On the Navajo reservation in New Mexico, Two Grey Hills is renowned for its art of weaving. Unique shades of yarn are obtained by blending different colours of natural wool in a process called carding. Two Grey Hills is also renowned for its finely woven tapestries, using a high thread count to create intricate geometric patterns. Inspired by this craft, the Grey Hills collection features timeless designs in a range of soft shades: beige, greige, khaki, carbon and Baltic blue. Natural and matt, it allows fabrics to be corded and is perfect for upholstery.
On a linen and cotton warp that gives the fabric its natural appearance, the weft yarn of Dena fabric adds colour in a soft cameo of shades. The presence of polyester in the composition reinforces the stability and resistance of the fabric.
