The Fauve Carpet by Toulemonde Bochart gives a very couture vision of the leopard pattern revisited by Toulemonde Bochart. The spirit of the antique dealer Madelaine Castaing is found in the preciousness of the colors as well as in the research of the patterns and the framing work. This wool and viscose rug is woven in the finest combed wool from New Zealand. Fauve is worked in a very tight quality allowing to realize very precise drawings, and with the exceptional brilliance. This rug, tufted by hand in India, is distinguished by the inlay of an offset net in gold-coloured viscose.
This all-over pattern rug will be easy to use, and will blend into the most exuberant decorations as well as into more sober interiors. Its 2 colors will give very contrasting atmospheres. The Fauve Aqua carpet will surprise with the fade of its deep blues underlined by points of black, while the natural Fauve carpet will fit into the register of a revisited classicism.
