Rug Portofino

The Portofino Rug by Toulemonde Bochart has been created by the designer Florence Bourrel. Florence Bourel's first collections combine graphic and pure lines, raw materials, colorful vibrations and traditional weaving techniques, in a "craft" spirit. Shaped by a solid training in product design as well as in interior architecture or scenography, she uses her mixed heritage of Brittany and Africa to create her style where color and timeless and contemporary graphics emerge.

Florence Bourel signs with the Portofino Rug a pattern inspired from the free-flowing prints of 70s Italian fashion. The fluidity of the shapes and the accuracy of the colors make it an accessory to the most daring decorations, but it can also dazzle a composition that's too conservative.
