Story of Casal

Casal, a fabrics editor since 70’s, is a family business which has built a worldwide reputation based on their exclusive French designed fabrics. Casal fabrics are unique, high-standard and specially conceived for furnishing. This company is still located in their original area at the foot of Vosges Mountains, Alsace. The choice of quality water necessary for printing and ennoblement of Casal fabrics was guided by descendants of Christophe-Philippe Oberkampf’s - Toile de Jouy’s creator and the Jouy-en-Josas’ renowned manufactory founder - and Auguste Scheurer – the textile printing manufactory’s founder - descendants founded in 1841.

Casal was able to offer a large range of ever more innovating fabrics by keeping their main asset – a family excellence expertise and a high-standard composition. Each year dozens of new Casal fabrics are proposed with exclusive colors to satisfy their clients needed. Casal offers a large panel of collection by the meter. Casal fabrics are mainly composed by polyester, acrylic and cotton. These fabrics can be used curtains, seats, headboard and lining making.
