Most of the products displayed on our Web Site déco et compagnie are available. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale may not be available. Due to periods of high demand, deco et compagnie cannot guarantee the availability of products shown on the site. If a product is not available, customers can choose to receive a partial delivery or wait for the missing product in order to receive a complete delivery. In such an event, deco et compagnie shall advise the customer by e-mail when the product will become available.
The prices displayed on our Web Site are quoted in European Euros (€).
From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. déco et compagnie reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns will be accepted for refund or replacement only in cases of defective merchandise or shipping errors.
Please note that all sales of Farrow and Ball paint are final. Fabric cut by meters on demande may not be accepted for refund or replacement.
If you receive merchandise that has been shipped in error, please e-mail our customer service department (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 days of receipt for return instructions.
We will then provide you with instructions for return, that will be at our expenses.
Returns cannot be accepted if an item has been used. Returns must include all tags and product inserts as well as the original packaging.
Please Indicate the reason for return. The order number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container.
Please send the item back to us at the address that will be confirmed by our customer Service using any other traceable method : email@example.com.
Please make sure to include the following information with your return:
Your name and billing address
The name, address and area or zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
As soon as the goods have been received in perfect condition, you will have to choose between receiving the expected product or getting your money back.
Please note our policy as stated above applies to these purchases.
Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping charges will apply on all orders and will be added to your credit card bill.
In case of unusual volume or weight, the shipping of furniture, mirrors or carpets can require specific carrier services if sent outside mainland France. In such cases, transportation costs calculated on your order may require adjustments that would be communicated to you prior to shipping.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Customer payments will be processed prior to the delivery of products.
Delivery of a customer's order is subject to the rules of the shipping company. In the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the products according to the rules set out by the delivery company. déco et compagnie, through the delivery company, will deliver the products only to the address the customer indicated in their order.
Shipping and handling charges are charged on a per order basis.
Delivery of a customer's order will be made as soon as possible after the order is placed, and payment has been verified. Shipping time and shipping charges may vary according to the availability of products.
The number of days required for order processing and delivery, is estimated, but is not guaranteed. Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.
If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery and a safe drop location is not available, the courier will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order. If you live in an apartment or condominium, you may be required to pick up your parcel in the lobby of your building. If your regular mail is serviced by a Community Mailbox, Group Mailbox, General Delivery, or RR #, you may be required to pick up your parcel at your local post office or agent. A Delivery Notice card will be left in your mail receptacle to inform you of the parcel.
IMPORTANT : When your parcel is being delivered, you have to make sure that the parcel is in good condition, and corresponds to your delivery slip. If you notice a defective packaging, a crushed, open parcel or which seems to you litigious, note precise reserves on the delivery slip. If the parcel is apparently damaged, we ask you to refuse it, to leave it to the carrier, or to refuse it at the post office, then to inform quickly decoetcompagnie.com. If you accept a damaged delivery, we won't be able to offer you refund.
